Project Management

We will assign a project manager, field superintendent, engineer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the road construction process. We are meticulous about our construction, and we always achieve the maximum quality possible.

Coordination Process

During the construction of a road, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the engineers, suppliers, supervisors and all the other staff. We want the road construction to be as smooth as possible, so cordination is a big deal for us

Addition Construction Steps

We will work with all project team members to define the logistical requirements for the construction process, such as areas for deliveries, placement of barricades (if required) and hours of operation.

Shop Drawings and Submittals

This is very critical during the planning of any construction job.

Cost Reporting

We like to be very transparent as regards our costing structure, and will provide a full proposal for the total cost of any construction work.

Final Road Inspections

We are compliant with all construction requirements in the republic of Uganda, and our roads always pass the test

Reporting and Cost Control

During the road construction process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred. We can agree on a reporting schedule for progress and current running costs

Commissioning and Project Closeout

One of the most critical stages of the construction process is the commissioning and closeout of the project. This is to ensure timely completion, and payment, such that we’re able to do many more works in the future.
